Hey it’s Mooday not Moanday ‘cause I’m drinking my milk. I know milk was designed to make little baby cows into monster heffers as fast as possible. The thing is there is one thing my tummy always gets along with and that is milk so it is my go to breakfast drink as morning is the time my stomach is its most grumbly! Anyway don’t let me waste your day gabbing about my various ailments. It’s sunny here are the air is fresh so when you can get outside today and enjoy. Today’s Moanday Link Storm is all about Spinning … like indoor on a bike, not out of control or the spinning backfist (It’s an MMA fighting move which I learned about researching this article, so just don’t mess with me!) It’s Fall now which is the absolute best time to ride your bike outside … OOPS! Inside, outside, upside-down, stationary … we’re talking about pumping your legs hard while sitting on the most uncomfortable seat you are ever likely to find! Another Moanday and this one is a real moaner. They have been letting people go around work and not the “we can’t afford you any more” kind of lay off. These were the farewell letter to an employee and then their replacement arrives the next day. To be fair, I don’t really work with these people too much so obviously there was more going on than I knew but it is still unnerving! So today I am going to provide you with fitness web sites that are all about teamwork and helping each other as a community.
Ahh! We are enjoying are first cool days leading into fall. This is my favourite time of the year. I am not a fan of being hot and sweaty every time I leave the house. In the fall you can go out for a long walk and never get over-heated. The air is generally not smelly because somebodies garbage is baking in the sun. Where I live fall seems to be a sunny windy time of the year and I am just fine with that. Also big plus I usually sleep well with the cooler temperatures. Sigh! Well somebody is going to get their butt kicked today. Yep! I’m cranky. Today was the last swim before the pool I use is closed down for maintenance for 2 weeks and it was the worst swim I have ever had! I was kicked. I had some kid grab me and scare me and I had a set of oblivous people bouncing around running into people. I just kept turning around and getting out of their way. In the end I only swam for an hour instead of two. Originally this rant was about a page long. You can thank me now for erasing most of it. Anyway today we are linking only to snarky, cranky articles cause that’s the way I roll.

Moandays are always such brain foggy days. It is hard to get anything going. I painted my toenails last night in the dark. They look like some 6 year olds fingerpainting project.
