The Fat Chicks Fitness blog is ready for viewing!  There is not a lot of content yet and I will likely change the design repeatedly over the next few weeks so please be patient.  I am new to this and having a blast!

    This is an excellent idea. Thank you for helping us progress in 15 minute segments. What is challenging is thinking in terms of half marathons.
